I’m not sure if I’m actually allowed to tell you this, it’s for the gents toilet after all…but we don’t shake. We all have a special towel and we just dab the tip until it’s dry.

This is why people need inheritances and windfalls. Just being able to scrape together a deposit as soon as I can will “fast forward” my life, and stop me just throwing monthly rent at my landlord to splooge.

If I’m paying to live somewhere, I want that place to be MINE. I want to be paying myself that money (in theory).

Private renting is a profiteers paradise.
